But it’s more than about getting unstuck. It’s about discovering how free you can feel…and letting that freedom reshape your relationships, work, and way of being.
Midlife can stir big questions, like Who am I now? What’s next?
After 15 years of working with hundreds of women, I’ve distilled what truly works — evidence-based practices rooted in ancient wisdom, modern psychology, and lived experience.
Take a journey of rediscovery, reconnection, and renewal — one that honors your wisdom, your timing, and your wholeness.
Women Thriving in Midlife (WTM) is a self-paced, mindfulness-based coaching program for women navigating midlife transitions, identity shifts, and changing priorities.
This program is not about fixing yourself or reinventing your life overnight.
It offers a grounded alternative to hustle culture and quick fixes, supporting you in slowing down, listening inward, and moving forward with intention and self-trust.
WTM weaves together mindfulness, the science of well-being, reflection, and practical coaching to help you meet this season of life with clarity and compassion.
How You’ll Benefit:
What’s Included:
WTM is designed to work as a complete self-study experience for a one time fee of $149.00.
You can begin anytime and move through the material at your own pace.
NOTE: Optional Live Support: Your Second Act Meetup
WTM works beautifully on its own, and the Meetup is there if and when you want deeper connection and integration.
Your Second Act is a steady, welcoming space for women in midlife who want real support for the inner and outer shifts of this season.
Each month we gather for live practice and practical guidance grounded in mindfulness, compassion, and wise action.
As a Your Second Act member, you’ll have access to:
This is also the only ongoing group space I’m personally offering, outside of my teaching and mentoring work with BanyanBanyan and the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program.Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program.
My intention is to keep this container personal, grounded, and sustainable.
If you’re craving a path that feels less transactional and more like a true journey — you’re in the right place.
For women ready for focused, individualized support, I offer a limited number of private mentoring and coaching spots each year.
Our work together draws from my completion over 15yrs ago of an International Coaching Federation (ICF)- certified 9 month program, proven frameworks, mindfulness-based approaches, and the science of wellbeing — combined with over 15 years of guiding women through significant transitions.
Together, we translate insight into action — deepening self-awareness, aligning your choices with your values, and navigating life transitions with clarity and confidence.
In addition to my flagship program, I offer a growing library of short, self-guided courses through Thinkific.
Each one blends ancient wisdom, modern science, and real-world experience into simple, practical tools for creating meaningful change, no matter where you are on your journey.
Alongside my own programs, I facilitate intimate weekly mentoring groups through Banyan, a global mindfulness community dedicated to deep practice and connection.
These small circles offer an empowering, supportive space to bring mindfulness into everyday life, explore what truly matters, and grow in community with others on the path.
Each group is rooted in presence, authenticity, and compassionate accountability, the foundation for real and lasting transformation.
[NEW] STARTING SOON!

I also serve as a mentor in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP), a two-year international training created by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
In this role, I have the privilege of supporting emerging mindfulness teachers as they deepen their personal practice and learn to teach with authenticity, compassion, and care.
It’s deeply meaningful work that keeps me connected to a vibrant global community of practitioners, and continually enriches everything I offer through my own programs and mentoring.
“I worked with Sharon in groups and privately for years, and it was truly special. She is light and deep, wise and funny, and always attentive. With her guidance, I no longer define myself by my job, but by my deeper purpose. If I could give advice, I’d say: don’t wait. Finding the right mentor can change your life.”
“Having Sharon as a mentor is amazing. She offered wisdom, kindness, and deep support as I taught at Esalen for the first time. Sharon guided me to slow down, connect inward, and return to the foundations of mindfulness. I feel more confident, authentic, and grounded as a teacher. The connection I feel with her is like being at home.”
“I was seeking clarity in a time of change, and Sharon helped me crystalize my priorities while staying present to what truly mattered. She encouraged me to find my own answers, which I deeply value. Sharon leads with sincerity, authenticity, and open-heartedness. I recommend her to anyone seeking clarity, confidence, and connection to their heart’s desires.”
I discovered meditation in early recovery from alcoholism nearly 30 years ago, and it has been the throughline of my life ever since. Alongside decades of executive leadership — including serving as a VP in the corporate world — I trained as a coach and mindfulness teacher so I could help others navigate change with clarity, courage, and compassion.
I’m also a wife, stepmom, and grandmother, and an ocean lover who finds joy and renewal in the waves. These relationships and experiences keep my practice rooted in the real world — in love, resilience, and possibility.
Today, I support women in midlife to embrace this chapter not as a crisis, but as a doorway to freedom and joy.
